Don’t get Punk>d in the Cloud campaign for migrating from Splunk to Sumo Logic.

Sumo Logic is a cloud-based machine data analytics company focusing on security, operations and BI use-cases. The Don’t Get Punk>d in the Cloud campaign was targeted to users of Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise, to highlight the benefits of switching to cloud and moving away from on-premise data storage.
My role in this project was creating clever The Farside-esque illustrations, and ideating on the phrases to match them with. The illustration and strategy was extensive and very fun to collaborate on with the rest of the team at Tolleson. Unfortunately, some of the most absurd comic attempts were not pulled forward.
Splunk Migration
We also created an in depth e-book with the goal of accelerating teams’ migration from Splunk to Sumo Logic. I continued to provide illustrated assets, creating a sequence of events depicting our cloud-people relocating from the on-prem city to their new residence in the cloud.
